First, they assert that we stole the www.myhomeus.com domain. Since you are currently viewing pages hosted on the myhomeisbad.org domain, this is wrong.

They assert defamation. This requires falsehood. We haven't lied anywhere on this site.

What they call "infringement" is also known as a legally permissible fair use of copyrighted materials in criticism, review, or parody. From United States Copyright Law Title 17, Section 107.

We're not attempting to sell anything on this site. All we're trying to do is advise our fellow consumers.

And MyHome is trying to intimidate us with lawyers.
